The Lor Hon Gung is one of the major branches of Shaolin Chi Gong and dates back to the Shaolin Temple of Henan Province.

The eighteen sections will take the practitioner through various movements, which benefit the Heart, Kidneys, Stomach, Lungs, Liver, Spleen, Bladder, etc. The stretching of tendons is also an integral part of Lor Hon Gung training. Body movements with controlled breathing and a concentrated mind help to produce a feeling of wellbeing, the great Master Chu Chi Man attributes his longevity to the practise of Lor Hon Gung.
